About Radconsult
CYA Medical Ltd (trading as Radconsult) is a UK-based teleradiology company employing GMC specialist, FRCR-qualified radiologists with NHS consultant experience. We support both private organisations and NHS Trusts across the UK.
We provide Urgent and Routine reporting services, including CT, MRI, and Plain Film reports.

Supply Chain at Radconsult
Radconsult employs and contracts directly with consultant radiologists to perform remote access teleradiology within the UK. Our clinicians deliver essential medical reporting to the healthcare systems we support.
Radconsult sources goods and services either directly or through recognised distribution/reseller channels. We prioritise the protection of environmental and human rights in our supply chain, alongside our commitment to patient care.
We apply due diligence when selecting suppliers, choosing reputable organisations that share our values.
As a service provider, Radconsult does not operate physical production facilities. This allows us to maintain a low environmental impact while focusing on sustainable business development and embedding environmentally responsible values throughout our operations.

Ongoing Training and Support
Radconsult has a dedicated management team focused on the wellbeing of our reporting colleagues. We ensure that all team members understand our policies and procedures, which are regularly updated in line with current guidance.
All new staff receive full training on Radconsult policies, and ongoing access is provided to the latest documentation through a centralised system.
